I love chili. My wife makes great chili and so did my mother. When the crew said that they were going to have chili as a special I was a little skeptical. Well let me tell you, I was not dissapointed when I tasted this chili and you won't be either! It is meaty and full of flavor. It has just the right amount of spice but not too much at all. I really think that our cornbread is the perfect complement to this chili as well (I love our cornbread).
